The Purunã Institute’s projects are focused on three central axes: Strengthening Public Management, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurs Appreciation, aiming to value culture, traditions, beauties and natural wealth as a strategy to foment the progress and growth of São Luiz of Purunã.
Forming Multipliers
Educators are the formation basis of the intire society, the Purunã Institute believes in its multiplier potencial, promoting trainings to update and implement them in favor of sustainable development.

Aiming at the future of São Luiz do Purunã, where all can consciously enjoy their resources and preserve their culture, the Purunã Institute contributes to education, providing the integral formation of students, making the school even more attractive, through the development of play activities.

Promotion of
Local Crafts
Encouragement of local entrepreneurs for the development and valorization of their activities in the community of São Luiz do Purunã, as a strategy for enhancing the culture and traditions of the region.
Master Plan
Structuring the district to make tourism a source of income for the community and for the municipality, organizing the productive and entrepreneurial system, through rural development, without giving up the quality of life of the population.
Tourism Plan
The Purunã Institute believes that to promote the sustainable tourism we need to have clear guidelines. This project foresees the elaboration of a Participatory Tourism Plan, in which the community, entrepreneurs, specialists and public management actively participate in the decision making process.
Routes of Purunã
Aiming to structure attractions that provide the contact with the rural environment and value the natural beauties, in this project are defined and signaled circuits for experienced cyclists and bicycle tourists in the middle of a historical and quiet scenery of São Luiz do Purunã.
